Spokane Vs. The World

We supply the court and the ball, you supply your A - game. ( ...cuz you're gonna need it. ) After the locals give you the spanking of your life, you will have a chance to BBQ and dance some more. We know that everyone has a favorite BBQ food, so we will make this a pot luck kind of thing. You bring your "meat" and a drink for yourself. Then bring a little something extra to share. We will supply the BBQ, chips, and Hot Dog/Hamburger fixings.

Make sure you register for the team you're going to play for.

All Aboard!! Get aboard the Empire Builder or any other vehicle that will get you to Spokane for this amazing event. Is this your first Lindy Exchange? Click LX for a link to a wonderful description and a bit of history about a Lindy Exchange. This is Spokane's second ever Lindy Exchange. We are so excited to be hosting another event.

Not only will you have tons of music to dance to, but we will be organizing a couple of community events as ice breakers so we can bond with attendees from other communities.

There is a cute little diner that has some nice pancakes. Reserve your spot in this tiny little diner. The average cost of a breakfast is $7. Bring your appetite because this is going to be good. Details will be in your registration packet.

What You Get

This event is being sold as a package. You get all of the Vintage Swing Festival dances (Friday with Heather Villa Blues Trio, Saturday with Glenn Crytzer's Band, and Sunday with the Variety Pack) and you get the amazing late night dances on Friday and Saturday nights (1-4am). Then you add the awesome sauce, the community events. Below you will find a few notes about how Spokane rolls. Saturday, it's all about ridiculousness and fun, we are taking to the courts to play dodgeball. So, do your calisthenics and duck, dodge, dip.... and.... dodge. Sunday it's all about hanging out together. We are going to take over a small diner that serves up some delicious breakfasts. Then we will mosey over to the park for a wonderful afternoon of dancing out of doors. So if you have a picnic blanket, bring it.
